This location has a food menu, consisting of mainly different toast sandwiches like avocado or peanut butter at a reasonable price, (under $5), but they will NEVER make you anything off it! They always have an excuse like we're out of bread (it was sitting right on the counter), we're out of peanut butter (ok I'll take avocado - she still wouldn't make it), the toaster is broken (I don't need it toasted - she told me she couldn't do it that way), or the latest one: the toaster takes too long to heat up, order a pastry instead. I don't know why this location advertises these sandwiches if they refuse to make them. I was also told we don't make them in the morning because it's too busy. In afternoon they told me we only make them in the morning. Just take the food off the...
Read moreHorrible first experience here. I asked for a large iced matcha. After he rung me up, I asked for no straw. Somehow the man who rung me up translated that into put a shot of espresso in my iced matcha. He did say this doesn’t come with espresso and I said yes, I said I don’t want a straw. But the music was so loud I don’t think he heard me. After he handed me a brown/green iced beverage, I said there must have been some confusion when I told him I didn’t want a straw. He said he would make me another one but they ran out of matcha. I ended up ditching my $6 drink and didn’t get compensated for another one. Ugh. I wouldn’t get a drink here before a...

The coworker that knew what the baked goods were was nice, the one checking me out acted like it was exhausting that I had to ask… even though she herself didn’t know. The line did not move fast. I got a packaged chai protein smoothie as well from the fridge, can’t remember the brand but it was really good for a commercially made smoothie. In general I was impressed with the selection of packaged snacks here, but of course it’s...
