Nice selection and fair/very good prices. However the attitude and service have been transported from the Soviet times and have not evolved. I speak Russian and when I say (at deli/bakery counter) nice kind words like "please", "would you please" I'm looked at like I'm from another planet and basically told to hurry along. All the while they are talking to each other about BS. Very common for friends of cashiers to cut in line too. Too bad really, could have been my favorite stop on visiting family...

They have a lot of fresh produce, also European products, but their customer service is disgusting. When I got there all the time I felt a lot of rudeness from staff. By the way, some of their staff are very friendly. Today I came there and got offense from clerk just because I was talking too much on the phone as she said. Probably, some of their staff are kind of racists and ageists. That is the reason that I’m not a big fan...
