This is just a theory but last week I called and ordered 2 medium size chickens… and when I took it home and started to clean it I saw some brown feathers still attached to parts of one of them… but I didn’t ordered that type of chicken… I got suspicious so I went in today and placed the same order… 2 medium birds… I saw them weigh the birds and I told the guy I want them whole and he asked me if skin on and I said yea…that was a weird question to ask…. I picked it up without checking… got home and was surprised that they were cut into pieces… I figured I’ll just cook it.. which I did.. toughest chicken I’ve had in a long time… you would think the medium birds would be more tender… I think these guys give you the layer chickens when you order the medium bird… cuz they are practically the same size but cost way less…but...

Be aware, They steal a few pieces from your chicken/duck. I've been going to this place for a few years. My wife always complained that there were few pieces missing from the chicken, but I never listened. Then she asked me to cut the chicken in only 4 pieces. But yesterday, I got a water duck and told them to cut it in regular pieces because duck is hard to cut at home. When my wife was about to cook, she called me and told me the duck was missing one leg and thigh. I checked a couple of times, and she right there was only one leg and thigh. As a Muslim owner, how could you do that? Shame on you and your family who didn't teach you that stealing is haram. I'm never going to this...
