Two bunnies fell in love and lived hoppily every after. AAAND then they had 14 children and someone made statues of them in Newport Beach? Ha. To get to Bunnyhenge, go ahead and route yourself to 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach. You can park at city hall. From there, you’ll find yourself adjacent to a lovely sculpture garden walk with other fun art installations you can check out on your way. You’ll go over a bridge, walk up to the right, and you’ve found them. They were built in 2013, and one city council candidate (who got elected) said that he hated them so much he wanted to blow them up. He even made a video of their heads exploding. (SAD). Bunnyhenge is one of my favorite things ever simply because it’s so wildly absurd. It’s just 14 bunnies all hangin out looking at each other with different colored eyes. Upon looking further into it, apparently they cost the city $221k to install, which is also wild, but it’s Newport Beach. I also love bunnies and had one for 13 years, so I have a particular place in my heart for this spot. It’s dog friendly, and you can spend some time walking around the rest of the sculpture garden. Go on a date and say you’re gonna take them to see some bunnies, lol. . . . #newportbeach #thingstodo #datenight #discover #explore #orangecounty #orangecountythings #woah #discoveries #exploreoc

Super cute place to take the family and also have picnic you will need to use your mask and the accessibility is pretty simple just off San Miguel I highly recommend that if you want to get out of the house have a nice little time with the family and possibly some friends there's some room to do so and plenty of space to eat food comfortably and still keep social distancing so safe environment, kid friendly and as of right now there's fairly decent parking you're going to have to walk up from the parking lot through the park itself which isn't too bad just...

This was a nice dirt walking trail at the Newport Beach Civic center. It was a short loop with many sculptures and other art installations.

There is also a beautiful long curving table with bench seating at the top. There were benches along the path with another small picnic area as well.

We had fun visiting the little park. It would be the perfect place...

While being a fairly small sculpture garden it is a very nice walk. I enjoyed the local plants as much as the artwork. The art itself is a bit amateur, but some of it is really fun with some good inspiration even if the final product isn't very polished. Worth a visit if in the area, although probably not worth driving too far...
