Began researching 'natural looking neck and face lift' 3 years ago and found Dr Sadati. At that point, I started following his social media and was blown away by the amazing results he shared. Completely natural looking and in some cases, the before and after photos of his patients looked like mother/daughter photos. Took me a few years of watching his results and me getting the nerve to actually DO it, but I'm so glad I did! Because I'm out of state, my first contact with Dr Sadati was through a series of photos I'd taken and submitted to him online, followed by a virtual consultation to discuss what he could do for me. My first in-person appointment with him was two days prior to my surgery. After Dr Sadati looked at me/my facial structure, he could tell within the first few minutes that I had Cherokee Indian in my bloodline. He then went on to tell me that because of that/my olive skin tone, he could not use the c02 laser on me as planned because it could ruin my pigmentation, but instead would have to do a chemical peel. Not only is Dr Sadati a gifted 'surgical artist', he's an expert in ethnic skin AND an otolaryngologist. What an ideal combination! I like the fact that although he's a plastic surgeon, he takes a holistic whole body approach when working with a patient, from nutritional guidelines, to meditation, using light therapy pre and post surgery as well as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which I needed. I experienced swelling under my chin that caused anxiety and discomfort for me, so Dr Sadati had me do hyperbaric oxygen therapy. WOW! I experienced immediate results after my first 120 minute session with The Hyperbarics and continued the treatment for a total of 5 days. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and The Hyperbarics and the immediate, great results and service I received. I'm beyond thankful to have found Dr Sadati and his entire team. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience and amazing results from my surgery and can see why Dr Sadati is one of the top docs in...
Read moreI am in my 50's and for some time now have been showing normal signs of aging with sagging skin in my lower face and neck. I finally decided I wanted to do something to give me a more refreshed and rejuvenated look without radically changing my appearance. It was really important to me to look natural after the procedure, and not end up unnaturally stretched and wind-blown as sometimes can happen with these types of cosmetic procedures. After countless hours of research, reading reviews, weighing in various pros and cons, I finally concluded that the person I wanted to use for this improvement to my looks was Doctor Sadati. I had my procedure done about two weeks ago, and I am absolutely happy with the results. Every aspect of this experience has been excellent, from the initial consultation, to the support from Doctor Sadati's competent and truly nice staff, to the actual surgery and the wonderful end results. My post operative recuperation has been fantastic, only two weeks into this process, and I can already go out without people noticing that I had plastic surgery. All they can see is a younger, refreshed and better looking me. Bruising, scarring, swelling, etc., are all gone or barely noticeable at this point, nothing that some well applied make up and my hair down cannot hide, which, for being only two weeks after surgery, I consider truly remarkable. My face and neck look better and much younger, but natural. The sagging skin around my neck and face are gone!. And my pain and discomfort during this entire process has been minimal, requiring mostly over the counter Tylenol for a few short days post procedure. Dr. Sadati is a top notch plastic surgeon artist, every aspect of his practice appears well managed, by a competent doctor surrounded by competent people. Last but not least, Dr. Sadati is also a genuinely nice person, a delight to deal with. I am so grateful I picked the right Doctor for...
Read moreHi, I was having breathing problems due to deviated septum and had a few moles, so decided to get them fixed. With all fairness, Dr. Sadati has been very professional and informative before the surgery. His staff has also been very attentive and supportive. The surgery went well, he even called me on my cell phone that day to follow up...
Now, the disppointment started later...Don't even remember how many times I went back to his office for follow up visits, but my nose didn't heal well. Although I followed everything Dr. Sadati asked me to do, I still couldn't breathe well, and I had dripping in the back of my nose, and had a bad smell due to inflammation. He put me on three different antibiotics but it didn't help. 2 months after the surgery I still had big chunks of inflamated tissue coming out every time I rinsed my nose with the ocean solution he suggested. I then started having fever and got sick and had to see a family practitioner in Palo Alto (during the holidays) and that Dr. said I had a sinus infection and put me on another set of antibiotics.
Today is almost 4 months after the surgery and my breathing is almost the same as before. Still having hard time breathing even right after I rinse my nose with the solution.
And Dr. Sadati keeps saying "it is normal, it will heal". When?
Also, last time I visited him, he asked how my breathing was and when I made him listen to the "noise" my nose makes during my breathing - showing him that I can't still breathe well, he said "oh, it is because we didn't get you rhinoplasty". Well, then my question is, why didn't you suggest rhinoplasty if that's what you think would have fixed my problem Dr. Sadati?
After spending thousands of dollars, many days away from work, walking around with bandages, living with inflammation for months, taking 4 sets of antibiotics, I am not happy.
Sorry but I can't recommend him to...
