Decided to check out Quarry Cove and absolutely loved it! We saw quite a bit of harbor seals and their pups. Quite a beautiful spot! The tide was coming in and washing some of them off the rock. We witnessed seals swimming upside down and they also can swim insanely fast! Like they have zoomies!
Bathrooms can be found at the parking lot of Quarry Cove, at the interpretive center (worth stopping and checking out) and also at the Lighthouse parking lot (these might be pit toilets though. I didn't check.)
Fees: $7 for a car, which covers you for 3 days. $3 for a motorcycle, which is good for 3 days Walking in or riding your bike in gives you free entry. America the Beautiful pass gets you in for free.
