Ordered delivery Saturday around 4pm. Got notification that it was cancelled around 7pm. Weird. Ok whatever maybe I did something wrong, it was first time getting delivery? Go in the next day to purchase in-store. Asked about the delivery getting cancelled and was told âyeah you never picked up your stuff. They called you but you didnât answer.â Ok weird again, I never got a call but maybe I put the wrong number in? Nope, guy comes back over again as Iâm getting ready to leave and says âactually it was cancelled because you came into the store and made a purchase earlier in the day and then ordered delivery.â I had never been in the store before that so I said âno way thatâs impossible.â Guy says âyeah if you make a purchase in store, you canât do delivery same day.â Stunned I said âbut thatâs def not true or what happened, Iâve never been here before.â Thatâs when the employee got rude and condescending with me saying âyeah I donât care what happened Iâm just telling you what happened to your face thatâs all. Have a nice day bro.â I honestly couldnât even believe what had just happened. They lied to me about not picking up my phone, then lied to me again about being in the store the day before and basically telling me to ** off....

Willing to pull out a bunch to look for the freshest etc mind you each time I went it wasnât crowded but yeah didnât feel rushed at all and friendly team. I do wish I could have established an account as Iâve purchased a few ounces on trips to this location and same for my wife so maybe next time we visit will see if those purchases can be added retroactively to our accounts now that we know they have a points system with rewards however Iâm reading here in reviews from disappointed customers that they expire after a few months which makes no sense!? Donât love the kiosk beyond an initial whatâs in house if unaware but like most people look it up online before so yeah less kiosks more people on the floor to discuss strains please. Iâm guessing the double ID check is the law as Garden Remedies did the same when I went in there - there points donât expire I do know that but selection of ounces was minimal so ascend still better for my needs this...
   Read moreThey sell products that they know break quick. I have a few ozones that stopped working within a week that were delivered to me. I'm expected to go in, while injured, to fix this. Last time I did go in, and mentioned the issue, I was told to just email and get the process rolling since I didn't have the items with me.
It wasn't a planned trip tbf.
The guy also admitted that the product I had issues with were frequently complained about.
So, I have to find time to hobble up there to fix a mistake that happened because they want to sell iffy stuff?
They also have a payment setup that they don't warn you about. Depending on your bank, you might end up paying a lot more than you were thinking you'd be; unless you happen to carry cash around.
