I had the most annoying issue with my iphone's camera taking blurry photo's all because the lens cracked when I dropped it. I initially thought I would have to get a new camera (and honestly was dreading the repair costs).

I went in to iGeek and upon examining my phone, the associate by the name of Nick told me that I wouldn't need to purchase a new camera and it was just my lenses that needed to be replaced, which was very inexpensive and much quicker. I was impressed by the quick repair time of around 15 minutes; but even more impressed with his honesty. He could've easily told me it was in fact the camera and charged me more. But he was honest and that meant a lot to me. Also, being a woman, it's hard to get a lot of honesty now-a-days when it comes to getting repairs done. He totally could've taken advantage of that but didn't. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

I'm so glad that I got my phone repaired because I was on my way to a vacation of a lifetime. Great customer service, and speedy. I needed a replacement iPhone battery, iGeek iPhone Repair took care of me quickly. Dropped my phone off and picked it up a couple hours later. It's much cheaper than going to Apple. Prince, one of the owners, was very professional and considerate and worked with me to get the battery option that I wanted.

You get an alert that the battery isn't recognized as the original after it's replaced (which I've learned is standard, unless you go to Apple and pay double) and I also learned after talking to Xfinity that having the battery replaced doesn't interfere with your ability to trade in the phone later through the carrier, only through Apple. I had a great experience getting my daughter's iphone screen replaced here this evening. I called three shops in the area and was able to get the best price here, work was done within 15-20 minutes of dropping the phone off, and they included a screen protector.
