Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Niles Township

This place is supposed have hot n ready pizza and maybe the pizzas were ready but certainly NOT the employees. This place USED to be better but some different people are there now and it was soooo irritating for them to be hanging out in the back laughing and talking in their own language without even acknowledging that 5 customers walked in. No one was manning the register. No one came to take our order for a long time AND they were NOT back there making pizza. They were chatting and laughing like it was playtime or recess. I was super offended and there were 4 people behind me and 1 already there before I gpt there. I assumed he had ordered already but NO they had NOT bothered to take his order either! Then after a long while some short man comes sauntering from around the corner with nooo sense of urgency at all. Time is money and those people wasted my time. I felt they were disrespectful to us as customers. They are not there to laugh and have a good time while people are lined up waiting when there are a bunch of pizzas in that warming cabinet waiting and ready to be sold. I don't think I will come back there to waste my time with people who don't seeem to know that customers...

I’ve ordered from this LC solely because I know it’s a Muslim owned franchise and they claim to be very good at avoiding cross contamination. The woman at the front is always really sweet but every time I encounter the older male or the random teenage kids they have working, they’re barely moving and busy on their phones. I understand it’s a family business but certain family members are clearly not good for business. Today, the teenage boy working the front was dismissive and rude; didn’t even look up or say anything when I said thank you. His attention was clearly anywhere but the food and it wasn’t even busy. I got the herb and cheese crazy puffs with sauce and realized AFTER the children had eaten it that they had given us the pepperoni ones.

I was appalled and called the restaurant where the gentleman apologized and said he understood since he was also Muslim. Apparently the morning staff are less attentive and he claimed that they separate the vegetarian items from the non veg. But that was all. Not that $5 would make a difference and change the fact that one of them had been consumed but he didn’t even offer a refund. Sounded more like an inconvenience to him than...

This place is super sketch. It's dirty, the online orders don't get made at all when they're supposed to be, it's the only Little Ceasars I've been to with a tip jar. How poorly are you paying your employees to justify that, along with misleading unspoken charges on peoples orders? On top of all the strange things they do for a chain restaurant, they add this unnecessary plastic film to cover the pizza; that ruins it, by steaming the food. I was waiting until I saw something over the top to write this review and today was that day. Don't get it twisted I love Little Ceasars, but this location is far from baseline acceptable in terms of standards. 45 mins of waiting after I already ordered online and it appears this isn't a first for them. I'd just go to ANY of the multiple other locations and you'll see this is the only one that's ever this gross and sketchy. Everyone has a bad day, but man for 5 years?
