I've been a small business owner for the past 15 years - with multiple workstations and servers to support; I have used probably half a dozen computer repair places in Atlanta over the years. This was by far the best experience I have ever had! I brought in a laptop and a desktop that needed services from virus removal to Hardware replacement. The location is spotless, the staff is friendly, and everything I needed was done while I waited - at an incredibly fair price. If you need repairs, new equipment, used equipment at very reasonable prices, or even a friendly face with great advice, do not hesitate. I will never go anywhere else ever again!

Exceptional service! Once I walked through the door the service was friendly but not pushy. The facility was clean and well organized. I had a bad experience from a recent purchase of a laptop on Facebook. MD took the time to resolve my hardware issue. He recommended a solution to help me save money. I felt so much better about my experience due to his friendly, knowledgeable demeanor. They are now the go to for my hardware needs. Thank you so very much for making my day. Nardia

I went to the store the first time and was attended by its manager Mr. Emad Sabbad or M/D, who knows to restore on all the forms a computer, and my computer matters were solved the same hour. I highly recommend solving any computer issue at this store, Mr. Sabbad and his assistants are very professionals, helpful and well prepare. My relatives and friends will be visiting this excellent store soon. Thank you MD!

I would give negative stars if possible. Took in my Note 8 for a replacement for a cracked screen. Get it back a week later, looks good. After two weeks I notice it has a weird pattern between the screen and LCD. It's tiny, goes away if I shift the touch screen in the case a little. Gets worse and worse. After about 5 weeks it's really noticeable. Take it back. Here's where I get really annoyed:

He tells me it's condensation under the screen. He'll crack it open and show me ("as a favor since it's out of warranty", by all of 5 days) but he may accidentally break the screen while he's at it, and I'd be responsible for the damage. I ask him how condensation would form since it should be sealed together with a layer of adhesive. He says "No, there shouldn't be adhesive" and that it will always look like this because it's replacement screen and it will never be right. He said he "didn't know where I was storing it" but it was collecting condensation.

Okay couple things with that: a) YES THERE SHOULD BE ADHESIVE BETWEEN THE TOUCH SCREEN AND LCD SCREEN. I asked 3 other local repair companies who all said yes, there's adhesive between the layers. When I told him that, he said he didn't care what other people said, he was the technician and he KNEW there wasn't supposed to be a layer of adhesive, they didn't make them that way to start with. That's an outright lie, I could feel the adhesive under the glass when the screen broke, and otherwise all the little cracked bits would have fallen out.

b) If you knew it would always look screwed up, why didn't you say something before you fixed it?

c) He ordered the part. Yeah it's a replacement part but why did you order one that wouldn't give a good result?

d) "where I'm storing it?" - in my purse, at home, at work, climate-controlled. Does it matter? If you're going to call yourself a repair shop you should be able to make the item as good as when it was bought, or at least close, which means that condensation shouldn't form even if you have it outside for 8 hours a day and then bring it into a cold room.

After he opens the case, there's no condensation... he says it just looks like that when the screen and LCD touch, and it will always look that way.

I asked him to put a layer of adhesive to fix it and he refused, I asked him to refund my money and he refused. I asked for a store manager and he said it was him.

I did more research and found that most places repair the LCD & touch screen together as an assembly kit (they come fused together with adhesive already so it's easier to install) and charge less. (He charged $90, $50 for the part and $40 for labor). So yeah. Next time I'll do my research a bit better and I won't be bringing anything back...

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from the owner ("MD") and his employees. I would never recommend these people, regardless of their expertise. I am, as they are A+ certified. However, because of other pertinent responsibilities, I am unable to make the repair myself. First of all, the owner told me that he didn't care about how his customers rate him. The underlying issue results from a conversation with Khdir whom I spoke to regarding when payments. I asked Khidr when payments for services were due (before or after completion). I explained to him that I am confident that it's a hardware issue as I had a motherboard installed with them a year earlier and the technician who completed the work informed me that I'd need another screw around the area of my charging port because it would at some point begin to become loose. As I was trying to explain this to him, Khidr explained to me that it's likely that I would have to pay a $30 diagnostic fee, even though I am fully aware of my. He not one time explained to me that this was a non-optional part of the service. Therefore, after not being listened to by Khidr, I called the store's owner to speak with him about my conversation. I spoke with the owner ("MD") who felt the need to immediately tell me that he's been in computer repair for 30 years and that diagnostics testing is mandatory. As we were talking, my phone line had several calls coming from an unknown number in order to clear my line so I may speak with him. When I came back to explain that mandatory diagnosis was not disclosed but I do understand that if it's part of the service I will have no issue proceeding as it's mandatory, MD cut me off saying that it was and that he's been in the business for 30 years, regardless of my A+ and IT experience and that "I asked him to hold". I had to inform him that I asked him to hold in order to clear my line and that in none of the conversations I had with him or his employees, not 1 of them listened. Furthermore, if they had fixed my machine correctly the first time, I wouldn't have the issue as they run diagnostics which would have told them the problem during the first repair. Their "mandatory diagnostics" is just a way for them to pull more money from their customers who don't have the knowledge. Horrible people with sufficient IT skills, but very, very poor customer service and...

These guys are just awesome! I went there with my laptop where ALL applications having same error when you try to open them. They simply throw an error and don't open. I tried to fix it myself by editing some registry items but there was no solution than to format it. Also windows was telling me that my hard disk got weak and can crash any time. I also didn't have windows license copy, so these guys suggested me best cost effective options for buying Windows + hard disk. I was even intersted to buy a new laptop of similar configuration from them and they could easily sell me one for $350 and up but instead they have given me genuine opinion where I can repair the same laptop in less than half price. They also suggested me to backup my data ASAP as hard disk is crashing soon and if they back up my data that involves additional cost.

I am definitely going to them soon to repair my laptop after...
