Los Ranchos Latinos — Restaurant in Norcross

I don't even know how this disgusting place hasn't been closed down by heath inspectors. I never leave bad reviews but this HAS to be said. Iv'e been there 2 times and the 2nd was way worse than the 1st and that's really bad! I ONLY went back because the friend that i went with the 1st time said it was better when they went back so i gave it a try ONLY because they were buying but i almost begged them NOT to go. The place was filthy! i saw junk all over the floors, old food and dirty plates,cups just sitting around. The food is garbage and is always cold or re-cooked leftovers from the day before. They didn't even have salsa and chips to offer. The waitress was trying to be the bar tender and had NO idea how to make a margarita, we had to return the first round then i refused to even have one and they have the nerve to charge $10 for literally the worst sip of a drink i ever tasted. Then NO flour tortillas for 2 orders of fajitas just old stale corn ones. The men's bathroom smelt like a porta-potty and was absolutely filthy! The toilet did not even work with NO RUNNING WATER. It's really a gambling place with 8 full size machines right by the filthy bar in a dark rear area. If i could give this place and owner a minus -50 stars i would. They seriously need to be shut down! please don't waste one dollar in there. I would say it was by far the worst Mexican/Latino restaurant that Iv'e ever been to in my life!.. Sorry so negative but...

Food was lacking so much flavor and freshness. I was very disappointed with their food. We ordered "pupusas" and they were far from being an authentic pupusa; no flavor, overcooked (burnt and dry), the salsa to dress the pupusa was basically canned tomato sauce. The enchiladas were soggy and too hot (spicy) to enjoy. The "carne asada" was tough and rubbery, not good at all. Even though we complained to the waitress, nothing was done, not even an apology.

You would think that if a restaurant highlights certain foods (pupusas), it would be a specialty, not just another food to add to the menu and not know how to cook it.

I came here because I happened to drive by and I noticed a big sign announcing "pupusas" - what a disappointment. ...

I really wish i could give more stars but If you aren't strait off the Boat *& I'm Latina 🇵🇷 This place is Not ever the same twice very inconsistent cook, I paid $13 for a $6.25 burrito & 1 soda $2.00 so why was My price $13?! Other times i brought My whole family here they didn't have Chips & Salsa 😳Another time Tequila for the Margaritas 🤦🏻‍♀️. This is just inexcusable...We chose them for My son's birthday 🎉 They ruined it for him. Waitresses overcharge other times the Nachos looked like Mush, i called Mgmnt for tht Visit ..Their only response was they'll give me new order for 50% off! It sux 🤦🏻‍♀️ i really try giving them business but they don't...
