I have previously shared my dismal experience and it was negative. It was deleted. Trying again. To be brief - NORMAN NERDS came to my house 3 times to connect a new printer to my computer and wi fi. Each time, after they left the printer failed to print. They blamed me for the failure - something I was doing but they did not know what. They insulted me at every turn. They refused to return a 4th time and I had payed them $325 for nothing. I then called Best Buy and scheduled a home visit. Within 20 minutes the technician analyzed the setup and determined that the printer was incompatible with my setup, and I need to return it for a different model.
