I had a good experience when I first entered the shop and the woman there helped me choose a print and mat to purchase. It was only after when I tried to return did I have a poor experience. No time during my visit did they tell me that all sales are final with no return or refund available. The matted print I bought as a gift needed to be returned and when I brought it in I was pointed to a small framed picture on the wall that said "No returns or refunds on custom frame jobs". This was not a frame job and barely custom. This was a simple $40 print with a $69 mat taped to it. I asked if I could just return the print, and keep the mat, or just get a store credit. Nothing.
