No sign that the front office was closed but there was none available. Knocked my knuckles off hoping that staff would be well inside.
There was also sign that said check in is must at the front office and so we did not venture on the hike. The total trip ended up a buzz-kill as I was so amped up for this hike in all its fall glory.
It is ok for the staff being absent during post Pandemic but a basic courtesy of a placard on site or updating hours on Google would have been helpful.
