I found myself in a predicament where I needed to find a place to live asap and Lorin (leasing agent) made it happen. I applied online and was immediately contacted by Lorin. I met with her on Aug 20th for a tour and she was more than willing to walk me around to multiple 1 bedrooms to ensure I found the layout that I liked. She informed me about the process to submit employment verification and how to do everything. She was extremely helpful in answering my calls and emails in a timely manor. Minutes after I submitted all required documents, Lorin called me saying I was approved and when I wanted to move in. I officially moved in on Aug 25. Lorin knew the situation I was in and she made everything happen for me in 5 days. She absolutely went above and beyond for me and I will forever be grateful. When Lorin was busy or it was her day off, her colleagues Gabby and Jenny were always there to help me too. The entire staff works together like the dream team.

As far as the property goes, it is absolutely beautiful. I am coming from the Vermella in Woodbridge and the Raye blows it out the water. There is plenty of visitor parking and the amenities are top notch. Every single day you can see porters cleaning the common areas and maintenance doing their thing as you walk through...

Living at The Raye has been an exceptional experience from the very beginning, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team here. From the leasing process to move-in, Gabriella has been beyond helpful—her support, responsiveness, and professionalism made everything seamless and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Sean and Team at Concierge—they are always on top of everything from package handling to daily logistics and consistently delivers service with a smile. It’s a level of care that really sets this community apart.

And the maintenance team here are Outstanding. Every request has been handled quickly and with a friendly, can-do attitude. Jamie in particular has been amazing—super responsive, personable, and incredibly helpful in every situation I’ve encountered.

The building itself is beautiful, amenities are top-notch, and it truly feels like a luxury living experience with a personal touch. I couldn’t be happier calling The Raye my home.
