Paradise Nails — Attraction in North Haledon

I came to Paradise Nails about a month ago. I had a pedicure and manicure done. I thought I would give it a try since it's close to home. I had my nails done by Jane, I was not happy with them as she left one of my nails crooked and made me bleed. You believe I came back to this place again last week, thinking maybe I would have someone different. The pedicure I had done was awesome, the problem I had was that Jane kept micromanaging the girl that was doing my pedicure. With my luck Jane did manicure, OMG!!!! I was there for 2 and half hours. While she is doing my nails she is micromanaging everyone instead of focusing on my nails. Again with crooked nails, I complained and she just doesn't get it. I made an appointment to get my nails done here and I specifically ask for one of the nail techs which I was recommended to by a friend. Considering it was my first time here I did not know who she was. As soon as I have arrived I wasn't asked my name, or who I was here for, I was rushed in one of the chairs. I did let them know I had an appointment. I got a complete different nail tech, no she did not have a name tag or anything. I did not realize until the other nail tech came from the back and sat next to us. By that time it was to late to say anything cause I was half way through my nails. I received a gift card from this place for Christmas. It was for a free pedicure. I went to use it today and was charged 18.00. I told her she forgot to put in the gift card that was given to me by them and she said pedicure went up to 30.00 now and this card was only for 15.00. What a scam. The extra charge was for nail polish. I will never go back.

Thanks for getting back to me with a response, but it doesn’t make any sense. If your saying it went up 5.00, that should have been what I was charged. However, I was charged 18.00 for a basic pedicure. The gift card should never state that it’s for a pedicure. It should say 15.00 gift...
