Exciting Windows — Attraction in North Hampton

Never written a review before, the field is over run with millennials constant complaining and attention seeking. However, the exceptional service I received from EW deserves to be applauded. I was referred to them from a local realtor who often suggests them to clients needing assistance. I expected a sales job etc. Nothing of the sort happened to me. I needed blinds for a new build that will be a rental. Mary Ann showed exceptional reserve during our scheduled appointment. When she attempted to take measurements of the windows to begin the process, a rude vendor I had doing work on the home told her she could not come into the area he was working on, thereby causing her to not having the ability to proceed. This all happened in front of me and I was so shocked by the vendor I didn't know how to react. Mary Ann politely gathered her plethora of gear, went back to her van and said she will come another time. I dealt with the vendor after she left. I could not believe when she called me a week later to give me a quote and a decision of what blinds I would need. I assumed she was gone forever and was too embarrassed to call her back. She actually had enough initiative and somehow got back over to the site, took measurements and prepared the order without me even knowing it. She must have gone a different day and dealt with the general contractor to get in. Yesterday, three weeks later, they were installed and fit beautifully. I received a call from the finish carpenter to tell me whoever came to install yesterday was the FIRST vendor in a month, that actually came in, removed his shoes AND cleaned up after himself. He couldn't have been more impressed, he told me two times in case I didn't understand how happy he was. Amazing, why can't all small businesses treat their customers like this? I have three more home rehab jobs in town and there will be no doubt who I will be calling when I need them. The folks at Exciting Windows are great! We had a bad install of Hunter & other products at our home in Rye 9 years ago and had just about given up on getting things fixed. Then we found EW and our shade issues have changed from bad headaches to positive experience. The repair guys on the 12 electric duvets, the big roller and one of two equally big romans (which are not Hunter) have been fine - good work, no anxiety and no ripoffs from guys that are experienced, with Rita running the schedule.
