We have an amazing experience with Branches and are so thankful on how they helped us through COVID-19. If there were more stars we would give them 100. They went above and beyond than any other company was willing to help us to overcome a difficult situation. As a small business in South Florida we had to keep paying rent and other expenses and didn't really any PPP assistance. When we reach out to Branches and United Way it was a matter of weeks and they extended a help by covering our rent. They asked for paperwork that we could easily provide such as contract and other proof of payments. We highly recommend to get involve with Branches and receive professional and efficient assistance. The branches agency wasted a lot of my time and energy today.

I Did not receive the help they offered. In fact, I drove out of my way for nothing! despite telling them my situation (having moved from out of state, my Taxes have been repeatedly rejected from the IRS and they said they had a professional to help - but that was a lie) The information I provided over the phone should have let them know that I was out of scope for their services. Yet the receptionist still scheduled the appointment and had me come in with car problems.

Upon arriving I realized their staff are inept at their job, In part because of language barriers and because of lack of knowledge / experience, And perhaps they are completely devoid of compassion. ... They could have at least...

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE BUT IT IS TRUE We want to thank Branches Inc , and Armando Rios for his time, generosity, and Kindness. this is a great organization where people who really need help get it. To Us a brand new business for a few months and facing Covid 19 was like a sentence to closed the business. But Branches gave Us hope in such an uncertain times and They were able to help Us.
