KFC — Restaurant in North Miami

My experience here tonight (1/22/20} was very pleasing. Alicia rung me up an assured me if I wasn't pleased with my meal that she would fix it. That's amazing customer service. Travis fixed my $5 box and made sure I got my sauce of choice as well as my pickings for the hot sauce packets lol as he handed over the sauce container to me so that I could get as much as I'd like. He was kind of funny too. He asked me where I was from and joked about my supposed accent. Tasha made conversation with me while I waited for my food....asked me about my locs (hair). She was sweet and friendly. I expressed to Marlissa (sp) that I was a little disappointed with the size of my tenders and she compensated me grrrrrreatly for it. And on top of all of that no bad attitude from anyone of these four individuals. They served me with respect and generosity and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you guys!!!! 1/5/2025 12pm I went to kfc on 119 st and 7th Ave The food was horrible and cold they refused to make my food over it was a big problem with the young lady I ask to speak with a manager it took ten minutes for the manager to come with a attitude and her and the young lady was speaking a different language that I didn’t understand to tell me they not making my food over I can only get a refund when I ask the manager for her name and the other lady name she refused to give it to me none of workers or manager had a name tag to be identified and I see why they don’t wear name tags cause there customer service is the worse service I had in a long time I will love to get in contact with corporate she refused to give me corporate number I will never visit this place to...

Every time my wife goes there, she is treated rude because of the clothes she wears, and today, before she could even order, the guy manager asked her to leave. The man was an older Manger It's just not right she should not be discriminated against because of her mental health. #mentalhealthawarrness update: the whole staff needs training in customer service they are always discriminating against my wife she asked for barbecue sauce to go with her food and lady said I ain't got time for this I'm busy!
