My experience here tonight (1/22/20} was very pleasing. Alicia rung me up an assured me if I wasn't pleased with my meal that she would fix it. That's amazing customer service. Travis fixed my $5 box and made sure I got my sauce of choice as well as my pickings for the hot sauce packets lol as he handed over the sauce container to me so that I could get as much as I'd like. He was kind of funny too. He asked me where I was from and joked about my supposed accent. Tasha made conversation with me while I waited for my food....asked me about my locs (hair). She was sweet and friendly. I expressed to Marlissa (sp) that I was a little disappointed with the size of my tenders and she compensated me grrrrrreatly for it. And on top of all of that no bad attitude from anyone of these four individuals. They served me with respect and generosity and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you guys!!!!
