This corner shopping center has restaurants, banks, movie theater, auto insurance office, small smoke shop, nail salon, medical clinic, 99cent store, dds discount store, t-mobile, church etc.... Across the street taco bell, in-n-out burgers, gas station, cvs. Go a little further you'll find 24hr coin laundromat, bakery, usps office. Plenty of parking, protective security guards, clean open area. Only if you're there late you may encounter transients but most are just hungry🍕 and cold 🥶 harmless, still lock doors, close windows, don't forget your kid in the car, the keys, phone, money. Warning ⚠️ people tend to STARE so practice putting on your face weirdos will appreciate the effort 😉

Read moreVariety of stores and parking spaces. Great place to shop except for the dollar tree store. They will charge you sales tax on items that are tax exempt. They basically steal from the customers and commit tax fraud. When you confront the store management, they will blame it on the state of California and say the store has nothing to do with the illegal sales tax that they steal from the customers and it's the state of California that has control over their cash registers and that the store can't change the "machine"as one of the managers pointed at the cash register and the state of California automatically charges sales tax on items that are not supposed to be taxable. What a bunch of lying criminals! I don't understand why some people are so despicable. Either the managers know exactly what they are doing or they are uneducated scandalous people. Presently they have several stores so I'd like to shop at one of them being the Dollar Tree and another one is the 99 cent store. There's also a Chinese restaurant there that my husband gets Chinese food and bring home. When I have Bank of America I used to use that branch in the Norwalk town where because it was closest to my home. There's an AutoZone in the Town Square and a few other stores that are frequent it like Sally's Beauty Supply and Payless Shoes.
