Warning. I am a skeptic. I do not impress easily. And my standards are pretty high when it comes to purchasing something that costs a lot as well as needing customer service. Thankfully, "customer service" is not an oxymoron at Keith's.
Our refrigerator died so we shopped around as long as we could. Veteran discounts were no longer offered (but Keith's still has them!) and there were few humans to actually talk to and ask questions. I value humans highly.
My husband heard of Keith's so we started the process of possibly purchasing a replacement refrigerator. Our 20 year old was defunct. I talked to Leon and with every phone call, conversation, any question asked, there was a consistent return call, reply, intelligent answer to be provided. This is monumental, in my opinion.
The fridge was delivered, on time with no damage to my home like floors, rugs, etc. Installed properly and the old one removed within an hour's time. Chris and Dan crushed the job. And got a little coffee cake in return. :)

We needed to replace our old washing machine. My Wife and I looked at several stores, brands, and options. We found that Keith's website was straight forward and easy to use. After some research we decided to visit the Keith's Appliances store showroom in Norwich.
A very knowledgeable and savvy sales representative Monica greeted us right away and her product knowledge made our choice easy. Monica was able to transition our visit efficiently to purchase and then delivery setup. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Delivery was a snap. Confirmation of the delivery time was made the evening before delivery by text and THE DELIVERY TEAM WAS ON TIME! Keith's Appliances delivery team uses a phone app where we could track the progress of the delivery team. The technology is similar to rideshare apps. We could watch and track the progress of the delivery team down to the minute that they arrived. The delivery team was uniformed, professional, and arrived in a marked Keith's Appliance lift truck.

Read moreAfter our dryer that we bought from Best Buy 4 or so years ago kept getting worse, from making loud noises, not drying properly, the back separating from the rest of the dryer and leaving black smudges on clean clothes, I was finally fed up. Our Geek Squad protection plan expired last October on the dryer so they replaced our washer (which was an absolute nightmare to put it lightly) but not the dryer. I decided to buy local and worked with Monica Kudyba and her manager, Mackenzie Patterson, and it was a wonderful process and buying experience. It was the first day of the Memorial Day sale so I got extra savings. I got it delivered today and the delivery went seamlessly as well. We had a Maytag before but will not buy that brand again because our last set was garbage, so we went with an LG this time, which hopefully performs better and for longer. Overall, 10/10 from sales to delivery.
