Worst service ever!!! They will only send emails of important documents once. My father recently passed away and I am his only child and he was single. I am 36 years old with an aggressive form of cancer with 10 month old twin girls and a 2 year old boy. There are four plots and three brothers the two older brothers are estranged from the family. They won’t allow my father to be buried their since his mom is the owner and didn’t say who gets what remind you there are four plots for three brothers. They are expecting me with my aggressive cancer to travel to Arizona and Las Vegas to collected signatures since they won’t try emailing them again. Zero help and only rudeness from both women that work there, just cold and ruthless during a time of mourning. I have a few family members buried there and I am so sorry they are. This place is awful in my opinion. Due to a question, I had about a burial site, (my grandfather bought 8 plots there) and thinking I would want to be placed there, I had addressed a question about price for my spot. I was told a few times by Minerva to be exact that they would get back to me with info. NEVER, NEVER did that happen and this was not just once, but 3 times at least. Really beautiful mausoleum and grounds. It is an older facility and you can tell they are working on improving things. I love that they now have space for urns that I saw last time I visited. That isn't always allowed at Jewish places and they seem to be progressive while still respecting a long standing culture/tradition.
