🪑 We enjoyed sitting outside in the charming patio area, but they also have cozy indoor seating and a full menu to explore. It’s not the biggest spot, but hands down the most delicious Serbian food in Chicago. One of the rare places where I could truly eat everything on the menu!

I was at the island in the city in Norridge four days. ABC bakery and deli was busy all days inside and the outside patio. Food was beyond EXCELLENT and reasonably priced and AWESOME PORTIONS. Qst night for dinner I had the chicken with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes and tasty homemade chucken soup it was all top notch. next day I had fish w/grilled veggies, great lighter meal. Third day I had the beef goulash w/ mashed potatoes. Sooo tender and flavorful. for lunch on day four, chicken sandwich w/spinach and sour cream. Such WONDERFUL comfort food meals like mom made. Whoever the lady working there is needs to get off the phone and stop gossiping and maybe do her job. I was the only one in there and asked for cevapi. 10 minutes later one gentleman walks in. And orders also. I'm waiting about 35 minutes at this point and my food has still not come. Then she finally goes and brings out this man's food! Terrible service. She didn't greet me, didn't bring me any water or offer anything to drink. Brings the other gentleman some bread for the table. Gets me nothing. Total b..... I ended up walking out. Wasted an hour sitting there staring at her blabbing on the phone. Very displeased! Never...
