Jam Time Norwood — Attraction in Norwood

saw it on way to the Indian market one day wondering how long has it been there without me hearing about it, invited to a kid's party the next and here we are!

place is clean and organized; staff is hard at work cleaning up after parties and putting toys back in place. play structures are well-situated and makes logistical sense. More permanent and taller fixtures are installed along the walls, leaving a relatively spacious area in dead middle for the jumpy things and foot vehicles.

enough of varieties for ages 0-5+. Baby area, ball pit, wood-based grocery store and truck, plastic giant Connect 4, small plastic grill/diner set, and one big two-level wood structure that houses three slides of various shapes and lengths (one swirly!) as well as different ways to climb up or down. Box of rubber dinosaurs, plush toys of different sizes, puppets, and a small air hockey table are also spotted.

the usual shoes off/socks on setup; socks available for purchase if you forgot yours. small eating area with a few tables and food counter, mostly kids stuff like juice pouch and dry snacks.

party packages available - from my brief inquiry it sounds like play area is open to public with regular parties, except for party room of course. private parties take place after 1:30pm on the weekends. their mascot moose (or other characters) come out to greet the kiddies for a few minute, shortly before cake time.

the plaza is the smaller one adjacent to the bigger Shaw plaza; drivers should always make the immediate right upon entering parking area, then loop around to find parking. was a bit wary I might end up parking at shaws side and cross the side street, but didn't need to. parking seems tight but there were spots.

overall, was a fun time and planning to return! $12/kid per visit, or get the $100 pass for 12 trips. flyer mentioned classes but I didn't inquire.

As a first-time customer planning my daughter’s 2nd birthday party, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect when booking with Jam Time in Norwood—but I’m so glad I did! With a very active toddler and a big crew of cousins, my top priorities were fun, safety, cleanliness, and ease, and Jam Time delivered on all fronts. From the start, their website made it easy to explore party package options, pricing, and check the birthday calendar. It was user-friendly and informative. We chose the Premiere Package for a Saturday party from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The entire booking and payment process was seamless, and the email communication with staff was timely and detailed. The party itself exceeded all my expectations. We arrived just five minutes early, and the staff had already handled every detail of the setup—including a fully decorated Sesame Street and Elmo-themed party room that was bright and festive. All I had to bring was the cake and any snacks and drinks for my guests—everything else was taken care of. We had thirteen children in attendance, ranging in age from 1 to 7, and every single one of them had a blast. My three-year-old nephew even told me it was the “best party he’s ever been to”—high praise from a little one! A fully private party meant our group had exclusive access to the play space, so the kids could explore freely while the adults watched the kids play and enjoyed each other's company. The party package included goodie bags for each child which were a wonderful touch. They were on-theme, fun for the kids, and something I did not have to organize myself. Clean-up was stress-free, and the staff went above and beyond by packing up all the leftover food and birthday gifts for us to take home. Planned my sons first birthday prior of since September and when I google jam time the Norwood location popped up bc I’m clearly not too far from Norwood so I called made a reservation over the phone and a staff sent me an email to make a deposit which I did and long story short the day of my son party I came to bring the cake over n no decorations was up n I was told my reservation didn’t exist and they they moved it to Maynard like how the hell when I’m in plainville and a staff at the Maynard location was very rude, refused to give me my refund and said oh I booked there like why would I book a place an hour away from my home plus Maynard never popped up when I google jam time only the Norwood location , and other kids places in north Attleboro, canton n other cities that wasn’t far from plainville but it’s the fact a staff in Maynard was going back n forth with me which was very unprofessional, like I didn’t even know Maynard existed I’m not from Massachusetts so why would I even book a place an hour from my home anything I google locations like north Attleboro,Rhode island , canton, Walpole, foxboro and other cities nearby pops up never no damn Maynard make it make sense it was the person who made my reservation over the phone behalf that they made a mistake and they tried to put it on me like please I will never book this place again or any other location and shout out to my bank for refunding...
