Came here to grab a quick sit down dinner on a Wednesday night around 6:45. The restaurant has an open kitchen and the interior is fairly Spartan, but the food is anything but. We put our order in at the counter and then only had to wait about 10 minutes for the food to come out. We got the baba ghannouj and Lebanese nachos as appetizers as well as the stuffed cabbage roll plate with side salad and chicken shawarma plate with Greek salad for entrees. The baba ghannouj had a deliciously smoky eggplant taste with it and a good amount of olive oil. The Lebanese nachos with spicy chicken (French fry/wedges with spicy tahini) were immensely flavorful. The chicken shawarma plate had a heaping amount of chicken thigh that was tasted incredible and the rice pilaf that accompanied it was fluffy and buttery! The garlic spread and hummus were also awesome. The side greek salad was nice and light while still having a lot of taste. We eat at a good amount of Turkish and Mediterranean restaurants and this place stands out. The employees were all incredibly friendly and we chatted a bit with them about how awesome the food was. I would definitely recommend seeking this place out as the food is worth the drive no matter how far away you are...
Read moreFirst time here and we will be back!!!! My husband and I took my parents here to lunch today. An elegant clean dining room with white table linens we were greeted by our friendly waiter Kahled. We started with a pita bread and hummus for the table. Could tell homemade from scratch. The 4 of us all got kebabs 3 of us chicken and 1 of us lamb. Came with delicious rice pilaf style i believe and a very tasty salad. Kebabs nicely marinated and just amount of char. We were not sure if we wanted desert and Kahled recommend a plate sampler of their cookies about 4 types. All made in house. I really loved traditional Lebanese powdered sugar cookie. Husband had the cranberry cookie. We all loved variety of cookies. So fresh. We had enough cookies for all 4 of us to still take home. We loved it here. It’s nice to go to a restaurant that serves healthy nutritious food that is still delicious. Enough with deep fried unhealthy food. This is a place that has a wonderful atmosphere. This is truly COMFORT FOOD THATS GOOD FOR YOU!!ITS ALL REAL FOOD TRULY MADE FROM SCRATCH. YOU...
Read moreThis place really fell off! They used to serve good-quality Lebanese food but yesterday was a disappointment. A HUGE gripe I have is that when I tried to order two Sharwarma Slam wraps on their website they cost $11.99 each, plus tax & $1.50 "convenience" fee. (???) The grand total was $27! So I called in the order instead and upon arriving ended up paying just under $20. This was a pick-up order..so beware that you will pay over $7 more (more or less depending on what you order) just for ordering on their website. The service used to be friendly too but the owner who was working the front counter did not greet or even say a word to me despite making eye contact. Waited about 5 minutes before the other employee put a tiny burrito-sized bag on the counter & pointed at me. I was confused because I thought it was one wrap but upon looking in the bag I found two pencil-thin wraps. The Sharwarma Slam is supposed to be stuffed with four different meats..these weren't. Very disappointing experience overall. Won't be...
