This became some of the best core memories we created with our children! The customer service and safety is above and beyond standard regulations. Over all the experience is enhanced by the genuine care and fun loving tour guides that cater to every age and confidence level throughout the tour. We had the dream team: Scottie, Matthew, Jt and Alex. We worried our youngest (10yrs) was too small for the harnesses. We weren’t able to take her to the Kualoa Ranch zipline tour because she didn’t fit their harness requirements to safely ride. I found the Keana Farms Zipline Tour on Google and called with her measurements. Leilani answered the call put me on hold and checked with their manufacturer to see if the smallest child size harness could hold her safely before we booked.

Scottie is a delightful young lady that was a wonderful support for our youngest daughter. She wasn’t heavy enough to make it down two of the bigger zip lines so she rode tandem with Scottie. The happy giggles all the way down the zip told us all we needed to know. She felt safe enough to be her happy goofy self with someone who is supposed to be a stranger. We can’t thank her enough for making that possible.

Think of this as a Luxury Tour all you have to do is take a step off the platform and ride. The crew straps you in and brakes for you. There are 8 Zips and 2 rappelling opportunities.

The entire crew was phenomenal with not only our family but the entire group.(11 people). We had a variety of ages from our youngest at 10 to folks that were fabulously gifted with wisdom glittered hair! A few hesitant folks were guided to make each new obstacle more comfortable whether it was taking a big step out or focusing on something to get them going. Our tour ran smoothly with everyone reluctant to want to leave at the end.

Matthew did a great job introducing each type of zip giving us tips and information about the length and key points of interest to focus on while riding. He also touched on the culture and history of the island and the importance of progress the farm is making on the community.

Matthew and Alex rode ahead first to receive and brake for the group. They radioed tips or instructions for the group to follow to make it down with enough speed. You ball up your legs and lean back to pick up speed or you let your legs dangle or ride a bit sideways to slow yourself down.

Jt and Scottie strapped everyone onto the zips and did the safety checks with the other end and announced who they were sending so they knew what person they were going to slow down and receive. A few times people didn’t make it all the way to the platform and stopped a few feet short with the wind or not balling up enough and Matthew or Alex rode out to them, clipped them to their harness and taxied them back to the platform.

Tour Tip 1: The tour you reserve is when the Zipline starts. You need to be there at least 40-60 minutes before: to go potty, get fitted into your harness and gear then brief on safety and procedures for you to get strapped onto every line.

Tour Tip 2: Take a wrist strapped camera, Go Pro,or a waterproof phone holder with lanyard. You have platform stops to take pictures of the incredible sights. They offer high quality photos at the end of the tour they will let you review and email to you but at a cost.

Stop reading this review and book your tour Already!🤣 Hope this helps others who are hesitant make the best choice to go make memories with Keana Farms...

My 18 year old daughter and I visited here on December 18th, 2024. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! It was our first time ever zip lining and I was especially nervous. From the beginning, even when I scheduled the appointment, the staff here was always very reassuring and comforting. Our guides, Charles, Brea, and Kehlani were absolutely fabulous!!! They were a huge part of making it such a positive and unforgettable expedience! (I’m so sorry if I mispronounced or misspelled your names). Charles was our main guide and was such a fantastic teacher… so patient and kind, yet always with a sense of humor. He not only shared knowledge about the island, but explained everything about what we were doing, why and how to do it so clearly….always keeping our safety in mind. I was especially nervous with the heights, but all three guides were so reassuring. There was never any doubt they would be there to support you. We never felt pressured or rushed. They always encouraged and made us feel confident. Charles tested each line before we would all go, to gauge the wind and speed and know how we all should proceed. My daughter and I are both lighter in weight so he would always communicate for us to ball up our legs and lean back at certain lines at certain points to go faster and make it across all the way. They even had us go together tandem on one line due to the low wind and ensure that we got to the other side safely. They started us off on a zip line that was a decent height and a good challenge. Thou scary at first, it was a good gauge on whether or not this was something you could actually follow through on. The ATV ride up was exhilarating! So so much fun!! The views breathtaking… not just the lush forests but also the ocean views, grasslands and farmlands surrounding you, as it is part of Keana Farms. There was always fresh water available and a taste of fresh grape tomatoes offered on one of the stops. It does start off a bit scary as the first half of the lines are pretty high above the ground, but the views are so beautiful you can’t help but focus on that and appreciate the landscape. The occasional floating staircases, bridges and bunjee jumps scattered across the tour made the adventure that more exciting and fun for all levels. For those wanting a bigger challenge they showed us how to do tricks towards the last few lines. My daughter and I felt so comfortable by the end that she and I were both experimenting with going upside down! At the end of the tour we both wanted to do it all over again. It was such a beautiful, memorable and exhilarating experience and I’m so grateful to CLIMB works and our guides for that!! When they shared what the acronym CLIMB stood for in their philosophy: Challenge-Learn-Inspire-Master-Believe ….As a teacher myself, I couldn’t help but love them even more. My daughter and I learned and mastered new skills, we came to believe in ourselves with doing challenges we had never done before, proving to ourselves what we are capable of, and inspired others with our accomplishments and overcoming fears. Mahalo CLIMB Works! You helped make our trip to Oahu unforgettable ♥️ I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone we know! ...

Absolutely amazing experience! This was my first time zip lining and I was nervous to see if I would like it. I typically don’t like theme park rides and the stomach dropping feeling. There was NO stomach dropping feeling at all! After the first line run I was hooked and even did upside down runs with no hands near the end! I’d say people that have nervousness with heights may face more of a challenge to work through than those with nerves about the “speed or thrill” part of it. A fun competitive spirit kicks in too as you race against someone in your group to see who can get to the ending block first! Our guides Kaylen, Sam and Bryn were the best! Made the whole tour lighthearted, fun, and shared info about the Hawaiian culture and surrounding farm lands along the way. They were super patient as well as we all worked through our different fears in the beginning and providing encouragement, support, great tips and techniques along the way. It was SUPER SAFE and they have systems in place so you’re always hooked to something when you’re getting onto/off of the line. The guides do it all so you can just enjoy the tour and zip lines (and not have to worry if you hooked it up right or not)! And they have systems on the lines to slow you down near the end of each line (so the responsibility of breaking is not on you). If you’re on the lighter side (I’m 112 lbs and fell in that category), they show you tips on how to ball up so you make it with enough speed to the end of some of the longer lines. And they’ll come out on the line and get you and pull you back if you don’t quite make it to the end (some of the smaller kids had to have that for one of the lines). The scenery was beautiful and there were plenty of zip lines to make it feel like a long fun journey (NOT that feeling of “it’s over already?!”). Worth every penny!! Am hooked for sure and will be zip lining again! We chose the 8:20am slot and it was perfect as it was a little overcast (but still high 70’s low 80’s Fahrenheit) for most of the tour so the hot sun didn’t beat down on us until near the end. I remember thinking it would be really hot if I had the sun beating on me the whole time. There are covered platforms at each stop before and after the run so you can escape the sun if needed. Note that you need to get there 40 minutes prior to your appointment time so be sure to factor that in. Highly recommend for fun and a way to step out of your comfort zone and grow! Felt exhilarated to discover something new that I now love and will continue...

Felt exhilarated to discover something new that I now love and will continue to seek out!
