Log Cabins — Attraction in Oʻahu

One of my all-time favorite surf breaks on the North Shore. Breaks very close to the beach which is a nice plus. Mix of lefts and rights, does well on a short interval swell when other places get too messy as long as the wind is good. Wiping out is more sketchy than Pipe which helps keep crowds down and one of the reasons I frequent that break when Pipe has 50+ guys out. Logs will have just 5-10 guys out. Same view as Sunset Beach Park but a lot less crowded. Finding parking is a feat on its own, if you can manage it it is well worth it. Please remember to pick up any trash that you see and don't litter. Let's keep these beaches...
