DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!! this company is extremely horrible & it’s so sad to say. here’s what happened: i went in the store to see if they had my size in a jumpsuit (i needed a medium) however they only had a large available. i asked the employee if was to purchase the jumpsuit in the large and it doesn’t fit, what’s their policy|protocol? she informed me that i would be able to order the jumpsuit offline (since it was not in the store) and when it comes in the mail, try it on and bring in the next day..the employee emphasized the “NEXT DAY” to receive a return or exchange.

i purchased the jumpsuit offline and when it came in the mail, it did not fit. so what did i do? i went into the store the NEXT DAY to either receive a return or exchange. there was a different employee there and she did not know what to do when i informed her that the jumpsuit did not fit so she called the owner & the owner said that she couldn’t do anything for me although her employee informed me of this information.

I decided to try out this boutique after work and plans for attending a concert later that night. Arrived to the store at 3:15 PM only to find that the store was closed, but the lights were on. The hours posted on the door states that they are open. A young lady was in a car next to mine in the parking lot and was visibly upset. She stated she had a pick up order from the boutique.
