Orlando Pool & Spa — Attraction in Oak Ridge

This is the most horrific experience I ever had. I am an out of towner home owner recently bought a home in Orlando area needed pool to be cleaned and repaired. They did provided a reasonable quote at the beginning and that was the night mare begin. The service guy Allen came over try to install an used motor for the pump and I caught him in the act and he said he was trying to take the old part out. then he ask his helper to go to the truck to get the new one and clearly it was not the right one. The following day he came back with appeared to be a new box that I thought he brought a new one. When he finished the installation I realized that was the same one he tried to install yesterday and he claim that was a brand new one and show me the box. It was set and running and I just tired of challenge him. The secondary motor was new but he installed in an odd position that part of it sit on the slab and half of it just sit on the dirt. After I plea I will not pay him if he doesn't correct the problem he then shorten the pipe and put it in the right spot. Two days later leak all over the place and never answer the phone. When i call the second company to fix the leak just to find out the filter that they suppose to replace also a lie. They just rinse it off and put it back. Beware this company! all these one star reviews are exactly what they are. They may provide a reasonable or even lower bid then add charges left and right. They will use used parts if you are not around. One of the reviewer are right they repeatedly charge you if you are not pay attention. BEWARE THE ENGLISH...

To all the readers who like to read reviews. I want to give you an update about this company. DO NOT call them for a quote, suggestion are ask them to clean your pool.We need are pool to be drain and fill back up. i call this company Orlando pool & spa and spoke to this guy from England or who had a English ascent. Sound really nice he said not to worry he will take care of everything the max i will pay is 450.00. He will have this guy name jimmy to come out today at 6:30 pm to meet with me to see the pool. Well i race home from work got home at 6:00 pm because i didn't want to miss the guy. While waiting i noticed it was 5 mins to 7 pm and no one call or showed up. I called the guy with the English ascent and he told me oh i thought he was there. oh yeah he said he got caught up and said he was suppose to call you . I said "no one called me. you known what never mind i find some other business thanks for your time". then he told me you known what ill call him he may be on his way then i will call you. WELL GUESS WHAT NO ONE STILL HAVEN'T CALLED ME . THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THEM. I MAY NOT KNOWN HOW A POOL WORK BUT I KNOWN A BAD BUSINESS AND...

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am not sure the workers that actually come out to clean your pool know what they are doing. None of workers that serviced my pool spoke english, so you can't communicate with them. They never clean the filter but want you to buy a new one every year. I refused to buy a new filter and told them to clean it. Then my pool started to turn green and they did nothing, just ignored it, letting algae build up. They wouldn't always vacuum even though pool was filthy. My new service came out to address the green pool and check the filter. The filter was fine just needed to be cleaned, which had not been done in a year. Horrible!!...
