Knights Ferry Covered Bridge Park — Attraction in Oakdale

Great place to hike and explore. If you don't cross the covered bridge from the old jail house side there is a trail you can hike. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you and the family get some experience. There is also a spot where you can cliff job. If you cross the covered bridge there is a trail as well, one that is not so family friendly that will take you all the way along to someone's property. Went to enjoy a beautiful part of the Stanislaus River at this location. Its children and family friendly. This is the point were Sunshine rafting starts their boat rafting. It was an amazing experience. Water was so refreshing. It was nice to see that there was more water in the river than other years👍If you visit bring lunch because there are no restaurants near by.
