I'm learning to love my shadow, and in a really lonely place at the moment. I've been re-connecting to the path that I've followed for 20 some years, and decided to head down and pick up some basics...candles, holders, incense, and of course I ended up dropping a third of my paycheck and walking out happy that I did so. A very relaxed, chill, friendly vibe and I get the feeling that the folks working/running the place are genuinely concerned about their patrons needs. If you buy a candle, you're not just buying a candle- they'll ask you what you want to use it for and offer all kinds of wonderful information. If you're in a hurry, slow down and enjoy hanging out...that was one of my favorite things about being there. There aren't many of these shops left, and this is a good one that's been around for a long time. I was trying to get something but was not bothering the lady she thought I was talking to her whatever the case was she screamed at the top of her lung "I AM WITH A CUSTOMER" the whole store got quite side eyed and continued You know at no time should you ever be so arrogant aggressive or abusive to someone who's keeping the lights on to your business. The woman will never be fired or sat down and talked to. She is a moon witch in her moon coven. I dont remeber her name. This is the legacy of this store . Oh and I did continue to shop there only a few times until I completely moved onto a cleaner bigger stor with a more knowledgeable...

I came in a couple of hours later and immediately asked about the Florida water. A woman, very likely the same woman who answered the phone, pointed it out but did not acknowledge my earlier call. In fact from the moment I walked in I felt her eyes on me. Waiting for me to speak? Not really sure. I asked a couple of general questions and got very Curt answers. At that point I decided my money is hard-earned and there are plenty of other places where I can purchase items in this area. I am new the Berkeley / Oakland and I'm looking for a Botanica....
