City of Refuge UCC — Attraction in Oakland

This is a great place to get what you need to keep you and your family fed during the lean times. It's Covid safe because they use a drive thru system. No documentation is needed. They don't ask for your financials. All they want to know is how many in your family and you get fresh produce, meats, dairy, and pantry items placed with care in your trunk.

Such friendly, caring volunteers, and the food is stuff I recognize and can use. It really makes a difference dying these trying times.

It happens on the 4th Saturday of every month from 11am to 2pm and no one leaves...
