Attention store manager ! It's memorial day weekend. I ran out of creamer so I had to run to Publix this morning. There website says they're open at 9:00 but they're open at 7:00 a.m. I walked up to the door and there was 2 minutes after 7am . I was just standing there waiting for them to unlock the door. The guy inside looks at me then he asked the girl up front what time it was. Robert walk through the doors. Didn't smile. Just looked at me like I wasn't even there.... He reached up to unlock the door, turn around and walked away and kept on walking. I found him very rude, unprofessional and unkind to me as a customer like he really didn't care...... little rude. By Publix standards. Kind of unprofessional. No good morning. Happy holiday! Nothing. Robert Coyle very unprofessional. This Day. 99% of all Publix people are super nice. Super happy. Always willing to please you best place in town to shop hands down. Good quality food. Good quality meat. Clean. Best store ever. Expensive but you pay for what you get this day and age and it's worth every penny in my book. They do have some great deals. And there's lots of ways to save money there coupons and lots of deals so they make it portable for everybody. Like any place you have to look for the deals and shop for the specials. In 25 years he's the second person I've ever met there that was rude. Definitely definitely and Napoleon complex. sorry but I call it like it is. I only told the truth. I'm not sure which is worse. Not acknowledging a person looking at you or being rude to them in the act. The five stars is definitely for the store, not definitely for him. I don't penalize everyone in the store for one person not being on top of his game. Sometimes people get too big for their britches. Occasionally it happens but everybody else doesn't have to be penalized because there's always that one. Apple! . I have owned three companies myself and I know what customer service...
Read moreAs always, Publix Supermarkets are clean, organized and easy to navigate. There are store personnel working on cleaning the carriage handles and helping those of us with mobility issues. Publix usually has plenty of the "supermarket scooters" all charged up and ready to roll.
I even received my first COVID19 vaccination that day. It was well organized and very little wait. We even met a very nice lady who has lived in PSL for over 35 years.
We passed the time taking about her experiences. We enjoyed the first person account about the dirt roads and and how the only big box store was Kmart.
We always enjoy shopping in Publix no matter what store...
