The store has a ton of cute clothes and accessories. It is pretty expensive though. For example, the lowest price of a graphic tee I saw was around $50, while the other clothing pieces were at least $70+. While the store had some nice options, the customer service could use a lot of work. There was no welcome into the store, but there was a young associate who helped and assisted throughout my shopping. I didn’t catch her name, but she was nice. However, the cashier that rang me up (M Hockman) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. There wasn’t one word said to me after I paid and grabbed my bag. No “thank you?” No “have a good day?” After you spend $100 on one thing, you would think something nice could be said, but I guess not. Her voice was raspy, but it isn’t my fault she spent the night out drinking for Labor Day and didn’t want to be ther to o””en the store in the morning.    Read moreThis is an awesome store with excellent customer service. South Moon has quality clothing and accessories that are stylish and worth every penny. The average price for a top/sweater is $88. and makes you feel like a million bucks. Soft, cozy, glitzy, etc the place to go for a special piece for night out or if you want to stand out in a crowd. Definitely ask for help, the sales staff is not pushy. They are genuine, and have great style sense. I like the rehoboth location too, but the staff in Ocean City is top notch making it my favorite. Ran in to buy something at this store that I had found earlier in the day 8/18 at 7:25 pm when they closed at 8. Girl at the counter said I couldn’t go upstairs because they were closing soon (in 35 min). When I told her that I knew exactly what I was grabbing she said the manager said no with an attitude (I didn’t see a manager in site).
