Parking: $15 - NO CASH; card or Apple only. Completely dirt and gravel. Dont bother washing ur car if you plan on coming here. Lots is a dirt patch with gravel isles and potholes. Not what I would expect for the amount of money they are raking in. They got $45 from me this weekend and now have to spend another $15 and time to wash it off and vacuum it out.
Fields: There are 22 of them. Decent fields a bit dry but all pretty level. During rainy season the fields are soggy and there are occasional mud pits byw fields.
Seating: Bring a chair AND umbrella or hat as there is ZERO shade. Plan on dropping at least $40 at the proshop if u need a hat.
Amenities:
*Bathrooms, portables, food trucks and concessiom stands.
Food reasonably prices for an event location; about $2-3 upcharge. Offering coffee, smoothies, teriyaki chicken (meh), mexican, burgers and pizza in addition to various cold treats.
Bring cash as some trucks like the ice cream truck charge $1 if using a card... bit rich considering you already charge $4 for a single scoop. Do better vendors!
Roaming golf cart drives around picking people up in the parking lot. Nice service and definitely needed with the amount of dirt uneven surfaces and size of parking lot.
Merch Shop: Too rich for my blood; $40 for baseball hats, $75+ for sweatshirts, etc.
Enviornment: There is deceptively cool breeze that kicks up which can be on the verge of chilly on cloud cover days. The smell of manure does kick up occasionally but not so bad on the left side...
Read moreMy daughters have been playing here for many years, once since about 2016. I don’t understand how these aren’t turf fields and why there aren’t MORE functioning restrooms considering the size of the park and the amount of people here.
$20 per vehicle for parking, per day.
Parking fees generate at least $60K per weekend. (Obviously there are not events/tournaments every single weekend.) BUT there are lots of events where parking/entrance fees are required.
Food: There’s a variety of food available, most of it is a joke, overpriced, and taste wise “just ok”. I suppose it’s the convenience. I say save your money and go across the street. Plenty of great options, healthy ones too.
This complex is located in a nice area, makes a great amount of money during showcases/tournaments, events, etc…… and it is by far one of the worst maintained fields we’ve ever played on. It honestly looked much better years ago.
Bathrooms: There’s are porta potties in multiple areas, and restrooms rich in front too. The portable toilets are not cleaned enough, and the actual restroom is often disgusting too. Men’s is usually closed for some reason also.
Bottom line, this complex has made more than enough money over the years. Figure it...
Read moreOver the course of many years watching my son play competitive soccer, we have visited many venues. Some places have nice fields, while others have horrible overused fields. What a pleasure to have very nice natural fields that are so very well maintained. There are porta-johns, but they are cleaned daily and they are lined up on all sides of the complex. Parking is just fine, who cares if you park on a gravel parking lot? That's not where the fields are so it's fine as many locations just have dirt without the gravel. There always seems to be a nice ocean breeze sweeping across the fields as the complex is elevated from the main surrounding roads, but it's not crazy wind like Lancaster or Apple Valley. So many places to pick up food items in the surrounding areas if not right there at the complex with the food trucks and tents. I am so happy that they built this complex and now teams have a quality location to play the beautiful game instead of worn fields that are full of big dirt...
