Irv Zeid Citizens' Park — Attraction in Olivette

At the time of this review, this park is undergoing maintenance, but it is not closed so still accessible. So I am reviewing it as a park since people have access to it. The park is terrible, part of the lawn is well kept but the grass and ground near/in playground are not kept to the point lots of mosquitoes. The playground structures are dirty, clearly a sign that it has been abandoned for some time. The dog park area is like a mini wilderness. Really enjoyed the park. My only concern was that my sister booked and paid for the park,and there was another family there? They said they where also booked and was not leaving🤷🏽‍♀️? So we should then our receipt and of course they did not have one. In the end we end up splitting the tables and we sat on one side and they did...

Spent my childhood here, and though they have replaced the playground merry-go-round with this cut-rate Seder plate the magic--and plentiful crunchy leaves--still bring back memories.
