I can't say enough good things about Alletti Jewelry. Been looking for the perfect ring for months, from jewelry stores locally to online loose diamond jewelry services. Having a pretty good idea what I expected, all I needed now was the ring that grabbed me and said this is forever. Not being able to see the awe factor of my ring of choice online in person. I took another chance and tried a local shop. Walked into Alletti jewelry expecting the same let me sale you something attitude. I was promptly greeted by Michaela at Aletti's. From the very first words, I was very impressed with her professional demeanor. What made me put my guard down was her caring smile and her warm personality. Right then I knew Michaela was here to help me find a ring that meant forever in my heart. She wasn't there just to sale a wedding ring, she knew it was something special. With her genuine caring nature, she helped me build the perfect ring for my loving wife. The awe factor and the Oh! My God! comments from my wife confirmed, Michaela and I worked very well as a team. Could you ask for anymore from such an amazing jewelry store? Oh yes you can, with my wife's RA, her fingers tend to swell. I advised Michaela of this fact. She just said no worries, whatever we need to do, we're here to make it as perfect as we can to make you happy. Unfortunately we did have to get my wife ring re-sized since her fingers swelled more than we expected. Because of the caring nature of Michaela, my wife did not stress about it as much. This was an amazing experience buying a quality diamond ring. In my mind, there's no other store, company that can compete with Alletti Jewelry. Trust me, if you want professional advice on that special jewelry, try Alletti Jewelry first. Just walk in and see for yourself. If you don't like them, walking out to try another store is free. But I guarantee you, you won't need to shop...

I really enjoyed working with Alletti Jewlery. They helped me design my fiance's engagement ring, and they did a great job. It was nice to see genuine excitement from both Sara and Petra. They really cared about getting everything right. I put a lot of emphasis on this because every other jeweler I went to seemed to give me some cheesy sales pitch. Alletti Jewlery was extremely personal from the very start.

Price wise, I think they did a great Job. I had asked Borsheims what it would cost to make the ring and they gave me a quote about 12K higher than what Alletti Jewelry gave me. I did go over on the price, but I think that was my fault for tweaking the design so many times. If you get a ring made there I'd suggest talking about the price each time you review the design of the ring to make sure it's on the right page.

I can't say enough positive things about Alletti Jewelry! From the very beginning, Micheala seemed to know exactly what we wanted and was willing to do what it took to make it happen. After visiting other big jewelry stores first, we found that at Alletti, there was no pressure to buy or spend more than we were comfortable with and they really did have our best interests in mind. When the order hit a snag because of outside vendors and the ring came back to the store looking not quite as expected, the staff went above and beyond without even asking to make sure it got taken care of and I was provided with a ring they knew I would love.
