Omaha Steaks — Attraction in Omaha

What an enormous disappointment! I purchased a box for my sister for Christmas. This STEAK company put everything in the box EXCEPT THE STEAKS! When we contacted customer service about the mistake they apologized and said they could not simply send the omitted bit of the order because that is too small of a box. I was offered a gift card that I was assured was enough to replace the steaks, which I accepted. When I immediately went on the site to order my missing items I realized I would have to spend more $$ to buy a big box to get my missing items. I immediately called back and requested a refund. I was kept on hold while the agent 'asked her supervisor' for 18 minutes. I expect they wanted me to hang up. I was then told that I had accepted a gift card and there was nothing else they would do for me. My sister will have hamburgers and hot dogs for Christmas instead of steak. Bah humbug! This is a bait and switch operation, do not purchase from these crooks. EDIT: Omaha Steaks contacted me after my 1-star review to take care of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I simply requested my steaks, which they are now willing to send to me regardless that 3 prior customer service professionals and 2 supervisors could not do for me. My sister actually did receive her steaks; way after Christmas, but Omaha Steaks did do the right thing eventually. Still get 1-star for everything I had to go through to receive what...

I received a gift box from Omaha Steaks and the box was absolutely filthy. I contacted customer support and they kindly offered to replace it. The second box came in and it was even more filthy. I have no idea how a food/gift compan can find this acceptable. I sent them photographs and descriptions of the truck that delivered it and they never even bothered to contact me back. I will never, ever ever do business with Omaha steaks again. Check out the pictures and you tell me if you would eat food out of their container?

Additional follow-up. Two days after posting this I receive a follow-up from the owner. Please read it below. I've already contacted Omaha Steak customer care twice and have sent them two emails with photographs. Now Omaha Steaks expects me to contact a third email address? It is clear they have all the information to correct this flagrant and disgusting flaw with their delivering system yet they provide a boilerplate response on Google reviews to make it appear that they care about the customers complaints and comments. Note to Omaha steaks. Put me on whatever list you have that you no longer deliver any of more of your product to my address. I don't care if it's a gift or whatever. I don't want to have to go through this again trying to help your company correct its disgustingly...

My in-laws always sends this as gift to us for special occasions like birthdays, Christmas, etc. and I'm digging it. Frozen box of treats delivered to me, a foodie, yes please. It was founded in 1917 in, you guessed, Omaha, Nebraska. They distribute, market, and manufacture chicken, pork, steak, seafood, sides, appetizers, and desserts.

I've never been to the brick and mortar; I've only had the shipments delivered to me. I've also sent it as a gift to others. I've had the classic dinner pack multiple times now:
