I really wanted to like this place. I went in to purchase my first LV bag, and the gal straight up tried to hustle me. They had a small Danube like bag, flaking leather interior, ok condition but not great. The gal pulled out the tag and said, “$400?! This must have the wrong tag!” She then called across the room to a gentleman who she asked to check the price and then proceeded to tell me the bag was $1400. I repeated, “$1400?” And she confirmed. The bag in question was MAYBE worth $350, the canvas was worn and the interior was garbage. Needles to say, I looked at a few other bags before purchasing a small costume ring and leaving. Read moreI liked the store and service but I bought some Loub shoes for my wife here and after 3 years of barely using them I took them to a store to sell them for second hand use. They inspected and concluded the shoes were not original. I went to the actual CL store where we live now and they confirmed that we’re not authentic. We paid $350 for it on “sale” but I guess we were scammed or they really didn’t inspects the items for authenticity.
