Five Below — Attraction in Orange City

Be careful! I went here yesterday, bought 10 items. I heard an extra beep as the cashier was ringing up items. Her facial expression suggests she saw I noticed but she kept going. I paid and checked my receipt. There were 11 items I paid for AND the 11th item wasn't a duplicate of one of the 10 I brought to checkout! It was a random item. Thankfully the manager refunded me the item that wasn't in my bag but how many people checked out without noticing that one of the cashiers is getting a free item on your dime??? Also, I asked for a gift receipt. The cashier said, "a gift card?" I repeated, no a gift receipt. She didn't know what I was talking about but instead of just saying that they don't offer gift receipts she looked at me like I was crazy. The person next to her said "we don't take items back without a receipt" and I explained "yes I get that, I just want a GIFT receipt...I don't expect your store to take back items without a receipt entirely". They still looked at me like I was nuts. I just said thank you and left. I like the fun things they have but the staff leaves something...

I go into this store often. They have such cute items and very useful. They also have a Spanish manager that I always see when I go there. She really stands out due to her customer service skills. I have heard her talking to customers and she sounds like she owns the store due to her dedication. I was having a problem with some lighting and she went out of her way to help me. Exceptional customer service, Amanda helped make Christmas for my 9 grandchildren and family this year, I could not have done it without her help, she personally went to another location to get items to complete my Christmas list ... I am forever grateful, I cannot say enough good things about this store, cleanliness, quality, organization, pricing beyond compare with exceptional customer service, it doesn't get any better than that, wish I could give it a 10 , MERRY CHRISTMAS THANK YOU SO MUCH.LOVE...
