The dumbest rules! A guy in front walks in with two water bottles. Some people’s belongings searched well. Others not at all. An empty thermal cup not allowed in at all. But a lady announces”just marijuana”, when questioned about having anything. The security guard says “that’s alright.” Another couple walks up, nothing gets searched for it’s a baby and stroller. But the gentleman again tries to offer dumping out thermos cup. Security “nope not allowed.” What’s the logic in this?! This goes back to the Grande Ballroom and Pine Knob days, yes...that good!) Tasha Owens voice ...remarkable! I closed my eyes when they were playing Etta James songs, it felt like Etta was on stage. When they brought out the other 2 gentlemen (sorry I forgot their names smoke???) I felt like I was in the presence of some of the greatest blues guitar bands. Only recommendation is to bring a flash light to see your day back up the hill.

Read moreThis place is awesome! This is a great date night for my husband and I that doesn't break the bank! We have gone to 4 concerts here and my favorite was Rockstar. A tribute band that played so many of our favorites. We are coming back on 9/8 and bringing a group of 8. We brought our daughter's to the Pink, Lady Gaga, & Gwen Stafani tribute, and they had a great time. It is definitely like a mini Pine Knob, but you can bring your chairs to sit on the hill. They sell drink and food. You can even tailgate in the parking lot before. I'm so glad we started going....
