In my personal opinion, Worst Place Ever! I have a big lipoma since three years now, I have went to several doctors in and out of the states whom have inspected it, I decided not to take it off till it irritates me.
I called Advanced Dermatology, taking the appointment was so easy, I told them over the phone I have a big Lipoma that need to be taken off, are you able to do that, based on their ability to take off a big Lipoma, they have given me the appointment on Thursday at Metrowest FL area 10/04/2018, I have paid $107 to seen with a physician assistant, and put 100 line under seen only she never touched it, she did not inspect it, but she took a picture with her iPad ($107 for a picture) She told me she will send the picture to the physician and she will see if he could or could not take it off š and she will get back to me the same day or second day, she repeated that like three times. Thursday 10/04 ended, Friday 10/05 almost ended, I called the place around 4:45pm no one was answering the phone, I spoke with Laura, the office manager, who kept on arguing with me, which is ABC BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, she told me that the physician is only there three or two days a week, and they should get back to me on Thursday of the coming week.
*So why have you given me that appointment? And why the assistant did not tell me that? And why she told me I will get back to you on the same day or Friday? And why I have paid $107? And why when Advanced Dermatology never gave me a call to apologize for not getting the update from the physician on the time and date you have given me like any professional place? Laura, then promised me that they, not herself, will call me by Monday whether they got an update or not.
Monday, today, 10/08 I called them 4:43pm, hello I was supposed to receive a phone call from you by Thursday or Friday, I did not, the office manager told me I should then get a call by today and No Body did, she put me on hold, Yuen came back telling me she will transfer me again to the office manager Laura.
When I expressed my third time frustration by how unprofessional the situation is, Laura kept on arguing me that I did not give them a chance to call me š”š”
I was the one who called them and not only that I was transferred to her 3 minutes before the place that Laura told me they would call me close and Laura says I did not give them a chance to call me and arguing arguing arguing in a very unprofessional way, at the end she told me they CAN NOT PERFORM THIS PROCEDURE OF TAKING OFF MY LIPOMA.
I am not sure what chance more than me calling them before the place close with 3 minutes!!! Laura told me they are having patients. I am not sure what I should classify myself or what she have classified me, I thought I am a patient too š”š”š”
I was thinking of doing different things like Botox there before I get in to get a picture of my Lipoma and they call that inspection but I would never step in that place once more and will never recommend it to any...

Besides, waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time (which is crazy because theyāll cancel your appointment after 15 minutes) the doctor (the one with the accent) was extremely abrasive. While, I was trying to explain to her my skin history she cut me off (hence being unprofessional) and told me that discoloration was normal and my redness and itching could be solved with a eucerin cream at Walmart/Amazon. (As if I havenāt done my research and already heard of that cream.) She assumed I didnāt know what I was talking about and I could hear it in her tone of voice, and her constant urgency to get to whatever it was that was more important to her. Had she actually came in and listened maybe I could of actually gotten to my purpose of being there. Which was avoiding another terrible fungal infection that indeed started off as the very state my skin is currently in. And I say this also to say, that even if she was indeed right with believing that me being there was pointless her attitude was despicable and unprofessional. I highly recommend going to another location because Iāve never experienced such behavior and lack of care at any other location. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Doctors are great it's the staff that is horrible. The wait is usually more then 30 minutes. The staff is ok in person however by phone they are rude as hell. Whenever I need to reach them regarding my son's medication they never follow up with you (the nurse) after leaving 4 voicemails and still no call back I filed a complaint and sure enough they called me back that same day. However with no clue as to what i needed even though there was so many detailed voicemails. So I begin to tell them again what my issue was. Only for them to tell me they will call me back they called back the next day to say the Rx was sent to pharmacy. The same Rx I been telling them for the 100th time the insurance wont cover. Then the women starts to argue with me on the phone saying I never said that. Excuse me I told her first of all there's no need for your nasty attitude when the one who is frustrated here is me. Had they taken the time to hear my voicemails and actually hear me instead of just trying to get me off the phone then they would know that's why I been calling. So now she tells me she will call the pharmacy and see what's going on...the...
