We were there to see Montgomery and this was probably the nicest place I ever went to for a concert. Convenient 'free' parking, friendly ticket takers at the entrance, (I knew I was going to throw off the metal detector when entering because I have a prosthetic leg, and unlike most other venues, they didn't treat me like a criminal until I was able to explain, which I was impressed). In the arena, the staff was friendly, even with the size of the building, there's no such thing as a bad seat and the acoustics were great. The snacks and drinks were a little on the high side, but nothing compared to most other venues. Also the arena is located in a nice area, unlike the gun zones in the ghettos of Milwaukee or the Ruesh Center in Green Bay where you have to pay a small fortune just to park in there parking lot located five miles away from the building. I definitely...
Read moreWorst concert experience of my life. This was an outdoor drive in concert. We paid extra to park in an upgraded section closer to the stage but were directed to the back row. Even though there were plenty of parking spots in the middle of the lot we were asked to park near the outside. As vehicles arrived after us they were parked in the middle. The stage was small and to low. Even sitting in chairs in the back of a pick up truck we couldn't see the performer. The show started late. The people in the back of the truck next to us never stopped talking and yelling. Then about an hour into Aaron Lewis's performance, his voice is amazing and thats why we went to see him perform, he turned the event into a Trump political rally singing songs insulting liberals and democrats, ruining what should have been a fun night out listening to a...
Read moreVery nice facility with courteous ushers and food vendors! The concert security is where things fall short. I attended the Lonestar and 38 Special concert and sat right up front in the third row. Security was non-existent for the majority of the Lonestar show. Hundreds of people kept coming up to the stage, standing in front of us, and snapped pictures and videos of the band. It was non-stop interruption and detracted from the concert. During the 38 Special concert, Security became a little more visible but still couldn't manage basic crowd control. It was better, but not by much. Unfortunately, we also had some intoxicated ladies nearby who were warned more than once for their behavior. However, it wasn't until the last song of the concert that they were finally ushered out. Way too many chances given by...
