Went in a couple of weeks ago and chatted with Riley. I told him I was getting back into collecting MLB cards for the first time since being a kid. But the boxes I had been buying at big box stores were yielding nothing of note. I know card collecting has a low hit rate, but I had been feeling extra unlucky. He went through a very thorough explanation of why that was happening with the box I was getting, and recommended I try another series, the Topps Heritage High Number. As a mom of a boy who loves sports trading cards, Cardboard Legacy has been such a blessing. From the very first visit, Riley and Nick made my son feel like a VIP always greeting him by name and taking the time to chat with him about his latest finds or trade ideas. The prices are reasonable, and they have even gone out of their way to lower prices for him or toss in a free card or binder. He walks out grinning ear to ear every single time. The ultimate one stop shop for any card collector. My buddy and I had the pleasure of working with Riley and he made us feel at home. That’s what customer service is all about. Not only was I able to get a good read on the cards I submitted for grading but there’s good deals all around.
