No running water, no bathrooms, but good atmosphere and good drinks. Plus, I hear the food from the food truck is good. They do have porta potties and they seem well maintained. You have both boat and car parking. The trek from both is a little rough, but short enough.

I went there tonight to see the band Ask Your Mother. It was super busy. There were food trucks & lawn games & a big tent for the band. They had 2 bars going.
