City Arms — Attraction in Pacifica

Waited for several hours due to covid crazieness. Was there to purchase with a friend and my girlfriend. After her waiting for two hours when we got to the front of the line they skipped several times us because of store capacity(3) and then since she wasn't sure she was going to buy a firearm the owner told her to leave. Then he proceeded to grab my arm and move me out of the way. Unfortunately, they had what I needed at this difficult time and so I made a significant purchase rather then waste the time.

The second time I returned to pick up my purchase the staff proceeded to insult me over taking the situation seriously. While John at the door and half the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable, the owner and his underlings are a dark spot on the other very nice people there.

I will not be returning to shop there and I suggest you bring your business elsewhere. I know it's hard to find available ammo(spoiler alert unless you're buying a Firearm they won't sell you ammo anyway) and firearms but finding a good shop that isn't insulting and demeaning to customers and potential buyers is...

I had very bad service by the individual sales person that helped us. I brought a small 50 year old woman who has never owned or shot a gun before in her life. Our sales person steared her towards purchasing a very large 2500$ .357 that she couldnt wrap her tiny hand around. This gun was obviously to large to the point of him recommending that she buy it and change grips. This gun would fly from her hand do to the kick for sure, no question. All this guy wanted to do was rip off and endanger an fragile, tinywoman that want to protect herself because she was ignorant about firearms. Her safety was not a concern to him, just how much cash he could swindle out of her. Ofcourse I wouldnt allow that and she now owns a small MP shield that she is becoming proficient with. No thanks to City Arms. I wouldnt buy a pocket...

Yeah . Just a tad racist. As one of the employees was helping me I noticed the tall young guy looking at me funny. I could tell he was inspecting my look and profiling me. Then right in front of me he whisper something into the ear of the employee helping me and they started laughing. I looked at him and he literally started turning red in the face right in front of me. I didn’t purchase anything but I just continued to ask questions. So from now on that is what I will do. I’ll keep coming in and ask them questions. Then I’ll go home and buy it online for a cheaper price. Can’t wait to go back and just smile in their faces and ask more questions . This is the way you get even. Make them work for nothing. Online prices even with shipping is still way cheaper than...
