Just like usual crap business, they tell you to cancel membership to avoid the monthly fee for the "family pass" as you leave or get signed up. Odd but okay. So you leave, call the next week like you were told, very clearly give full name, dates, etc. You explain you'd like your membership cancelled as family has all dispersed to their home states, everything was excellent and we will all be back and buy another month in the future! They (underpaid overworked highschool kid) says awesome! I can help with that, except, we can't cancel those monthly subscriptions only one lady, during certain days and hours can do that! First request was made in the first week of subscription. All details given. Three or four phone calls later, a few voicemails, a couple more underpaid workers apologetically deflecting our request to cancel, to this one lady. We do finally get a voicemail back saying "your subscription has been canceled, you or your mother in law won't be charged again, we don't issue refunds so I won't be refunding it. I hope you have a great day!" All the other staff sounded empathetic wished they could help, great staff in house very helpful and nice as can be. This lady? Her voice on this voicemail sounded almost gleeful. I understand no refunds after forgetting to call and cancel services rendered or otherwise. We called. We called the first week of September, weeks before the second payment was supposed to hit, and was given the whole run around. You have a gauntlet that blocks guests from cancelling directly. Now that you've charged for a second month and you can see that we've not been there to utilize it, you still can't answer the phone directly, you take over 24 hours to respond to a voicemail that I left in the first hour of you supposedly being available, and you are just so happy to FINALLY do what I've been asking for a month and a half but have no way of refunding the money lost because you made it impossible to cancel before the deadline. Seems like fraudulent behavior. We have call logs and other relevant data. The kids had fun for the one day that we went, but this experience has really left a bad taste in the mouth and unfortunately we...
Read moreThey have a lot of cool ideas going on to do but very very disorganized. Go kart track seems too small to me to have go karts that go that fast. I wasn't completely disappointed but less than happy. They had us stand in a room to watch I'm guessing a safety video (we couldn't hear it - it probably also explained about the symbols on the track that make you slow down or speed up depending on what you hit but again not positive because we couldn't hear the video but that is our educated guess for what it's worth after racing - would have definitely been nice to know beforehand) been to several go kart tracks elsewhere and have a good idea of how it's supposed to work. Also during the race that my husband and I were in, there was a 13/14 year old girl who bumped into my husband's go kart a couple times back to back and then plowed him into a wall when everyone else was braking. My husband nor I are upset with the girl but no staff member said anything to the girl about how she was driving. I find it to be somewhat of a safety concern as they stressed no hitting or swerving before the race. He's 28 years old and is leaving with a sore neck which I'm sure he will heal from but we believe that would have definitely really hurt, for instance an older person or younger person. It is fun to drive faster go karts but when you're smashing into walls faster - it's not so fun. Also less than thrilled they let us pay for go karts and mini golf when there was certainly not enough time to do both before they closed but found out afterwards that they make you stand in the go kart line for almost 30 minutes even though you have an already...
Read moreThe closest place that features the big four. Arcade, mini golf, go cats, and Lazer tag. The staff was amazing and with the warehouse they had to work with the layout was good. I feel they could have advertised a little more to the mini golf and Lazer tag as they were in a different area walled off,but its not too hard or confusing to navigate and find out where everything is. As for the areas themselves;the arcade was nice, it had all the games that you would think would go in a regular arcade and the tickets were generous. The mini golf was amazing with very cool lighting and attention to detail. That out of everything impressed me the most. The go-carts were very fun and even though they don't have the "pro"class yet[which supposedly they will once they figure out insurace] the track and carts was already designed to be very fun for even thrillseekers. It's not only just go as fast as you can too. There's power ups you can utilize and slowdown spots to make you really think about which line you are trying to take . The Lazer tag compared to other places was the most disappointing. A small area with little verticality, but none-the-less it was still fun. I wouldn't imagine there being more than 6-8 people in there though. All-in-all this is a very well rounded place with good friendly staff and although there are some new people there they are being trained and shadowed very well. It beats going 1.5 hours to the nearest place anyday. I'll be coming back more and more as time goes on. I would give this a 4.5 if I could. But sadly I can't. Very well...
