Palm Beach Gardens Tennis & Pickleball Center — Attraction in Palm Beach Gardens

Tennis instructor who was managing pickle ball courts , was very rude to me. There were 8 to ten empty pickleball courts and I was using one of the overlap tennis slash pickle ball court. One of The unused pickle ball nets was a hindrance where I could run into it if I went wide for a tennis shot. So I moved it temporarily out of the way. The tall Tennis instructor pickleball manager comes in and starts yelling at me telling me I can leave and that I should not touch the pickleball nets The net was a hindrance and a hazard to my health. I could injure myself. He yelled at me for a good 2 minutes. Repeating that I could leave if I have a problem. I could leave. He wouldn't stop even after the pickleball. Net was put back as a hazard. He was repeating himself even after i tried to get back to hitting . He seems to have some emotional instability and control problems..a bad look...

Probably one of the best city facilities in the nation, no surprise since there's more money in this county and city than most... The clay quality is one of the best in the county as well. Because of this it gets really busy during season so prime time courts are limited, in addition to all the ladies teams, court availability during prime time is almost impossible. Staff is variable to ok, leadership is pretty incompetent (some with zero tennis experience) with massive legit member complaints all the time along with lack of quality pros (they pay pennies so what do you expect), but the building is magnificent for a city club, and the additional pickleball courts and playground and basketball courts with lots of parking makes up for most of the people...

Called regarding tennis camp for my son and spoke to a woman that had no idea about anything. She shrugged me off by mentioning the website and hung up without an ounce of professionalism. Stopped by months ago and was told the same. Apparently the camp was cancelled because only a couple of people enrolled, no one was notified. Went in with my son for a bit of tennis and a man working there approached us for conversation. After some time he became flirtatious and asked a few personal questions that made the experience of being there very uncomfortable. Each attempt of becoming members here is a disappointment.
