My husband and I ate there yesterday we are from Fort Pierce …the I couldn’t help but watch the staff they were wonderful I was so happy to see a young man on a ladder cleaning the stainless steel and the general Manager was awesome she was guiding the employees very well calling out ingredients etc. she was very patient as well we were speaking to the regional trainer I believe her name was Kayla if not her name sorry but she knows who she is…lol..anyways she is awesome too …my only one thing I’d like to say which I don’t want to upset anyone but the young lady at the front taking the orders needs to definitely talk louder I don’t have a hearing issue but I had to say what..excuse me..at least 3times maybe 4 she talks way to low and I did watch another customer come in and write after he spoke with her he said what…so that’s all but I do without a doubt hope that things stay exactly like they are and they don’t get the reviews the other pie Wei’s have after being opened for a while…..Best of...
Read moreWe were so excited that Pei Wei was coming back. Not only that but one of my favorite Food Network chefs Jett Tila was doing the recipes. On Thursday we ordered hot and sour soup that was not good. It looks like that count water and soy sauce as soup and the tofu was brown, no egg, no mushrooms and no taste. Threw it out. Ordered two egg rolls that were greasy so we split one it was all ground pork no veggies and no taste. Threw both of them out. My husband had beef and broccoli with fried rice (which he paid extra for) beef tough broccoli had a funny taste and fried rice was white rice with a touch of soy sauce a waste of $2.29 extra. He threw it out. I had the Spicy Korean bbq beef which was tough and dry and the spice was hot chili oil poured on it making meat greasy and unpleasant to eat. You guessed correctly threw it out. It cost us $40 dollars for a dinner that was uneaten. Disappointed will not be going back and made sure my family, friends and neighbors know about...
Read moreFood was tasted good, but the portions are ridiculously small and simple for the price. I've only gone here twice, the first time I was not bothered much by it but I did think it was a bit expensive for how much food you actually got. This last time it seems the prices are higher and there Isn't any more on the plate so it just feels like more of a waste of money. Also had to watch the worker behind the register talk down at some older customers while I waited for my food. He was very disrespectful and short with them for being senile. I would have left without buying food just from seeing that had I not already paid for my order. But that experience aside, the food is just not worth the money. There are plenty of good Asian restaurants on PGA that you can order take out from for the same price and get high quality restaurant food. I wont be trying this place...
