First time trying this restaurant and location. Ordered to go online: Beef Noodle Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup (Pho, as it is commonly referred to on most restaurant's menu, not on this one, though), Singapore Noodle, Basil Chicken Stir Fry and Chicken Wings.
Everything was very average tasting. Nothing "wowed" us.
My biggest complaint and disappointment was in the lack of customer service. The order confirmation email I received stated my order would be ready @ 7:51pm; I arrived a little before 8pm and the order was not ready. I was not given any kind of time line as to how much longer it would be before my order was ready. Then 10 minutes later I was told they were out of the Stuffed Chicken Wings I had originally ordered and if I wanted to substitute regular Chicken Wings, which I agreed to.
My order was finally ready at about 8:20. "Here you go, have a nice evening." No apology was offered during the entire half hour I waited. No offer of a discount or credit, no free app or dessert - these are common gestures in this kind of scenario.

I literally spit out my sushi (the same I always get so I know what it should taste like). No way they are getting fresh fish anymore. To top it off now they charged us $3 for extra little thing of wasabi on a $70 order. They are trying to make up and they never did that before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! When we called they said they would let the chef know. Yuck. Read moreI picked this Sushi restaurant because its reviews. While the food was good (Yellowtail Shashimi and Spider Roll), the service was lacking. I wanted three pieces of Shashimi Hamachi (Yellowtail) but was served six pieces. I was told each order has two pieces for $2.50 and they thought I requested three orders instead of three pieces. Their menu doesn’t clarify that.
I was being served by a male and a female servers. I asked the female server to bring me paper napkins (I ate a lot of wasabi which cleared by sinuses) and she said “ok” but after several minutes of waiting didn’t bring me anything. I had to ask the male server and he did bring me the paper napkins.
I ordered a “small” Sapporo beer and the female server brought me a “large” Sapporo” which was more expensive. I did not catch this until I saw the bill.
